At Gills Sleep Over Guest House, we prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of our guests. To ensure a smooth booking experience, we offer the following refund policy:

Refund Eligibility


  • Cancellations by the Guest House: In the rare event that we must cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your stay at no extra cost.
  • Guest Cancellations:
    • Flexible Bookings: If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before your check-in date, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in.
    • Non-Refundable Bookings: Certain discounted or promotional rates are non-refundable. Please review your booking terms before completing your reservation.

Non-Refundable Situations


  • No-Show: If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
  • Early Departure: Guests who decide to leave before the confirmed check-out date are not eligible for a refund of the remaining stay.

Refund Request Process


  • How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, contact our reservations team with your booking confirmation details. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the request is confirmed.

Rescheduling


  • Guests wishing to reschedule their stay can do so at least 48 hours before the original check-in date. Rescheduling is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges based on the new dates selected.
